Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
 
Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you wish, the terrace cafe is available for smoking and vaping. Thank you for disposing your cigarette in the appropriate waste bins and keeping our streets clean. 

Can I bring my pets with me?

We cannot accept pets in the rooms at the moment due to lack of necessary facilities for their safety and comfort. 

Can I order food online to my room?
 
Yes, online food orders are allowed in our hotel. Our cafe is available for breakfast and lunch for room service as well. 

What is the check in and check out times?

Check-in is at 14:00
Check-out is at 12:00

We are happy to extend the check in times for our guests visiting from out of town. If you wish to extend your check out times, please kindly call the reception and we will make the arrangements. 

Can I bring friends and family into my room?

Our guests are more than welcome to invite friends and family as long as they remain in the lobby or in the cafe. They are not allowed upstairs into the rooms or in the terrace. 

Do you allow guests under 18 years old?

Without parents or legal guardians, we cannot accept guests under18 years old due to legal reasons. 

Are the hotel rooms sound insulated?

Our rooms are equipped with ceiling and wall sound insulation. We also practice "Noise Pollution Control" in our hotel, and kindly ask our guests to follow our rules which are informed during check in. 

How will I pay for my stay?

We accept major credit cards, cash or online payments during check in. EFT payment is also available upon request. 

How can I get to the hotel from YHT, AŞTİ OTOGAR or the airport?

Our guests can reach us from Kizilay, YHT train station or SIHHIYE metro station via 10-15 minute walk. We are happy to provide private shuttle service to our guests to and from Ankara Airport at additional cost. We kindly ask our guests to request shuttle service along with their flight information during reservation.
